Solar-Breeze – A Robotic Pool Cleaner

Cleaning the pool is a tedious job at best and most automatic pool cleaners need electricity to do their work. They have to remove dirt, oil, debris, pollen and residue of lotions and what not from the pool. After all, when you jump into the pool, you want it sparkling clean. Solar-Breeze has come out in a new avatar – 2.0 Version – that is technologically advanced.
It features solar panels, which are 300 percent more efficient than the previous version. The brushless motors are also more effective and have a life of 30,000 hours. The advanced software, which controls the onboard PC, directs the pool cleaner to areas, which have the most sunlight so that its motors are continuously recharged and the surplus energy is stored in its batteries. This way it can do its work even when the sun is down.
The Solar-Breeze reduces energy consumption of pool cleaning by as much as two-thirds. It also has a feature, which releases chlorine from time to time, thus reducing the usage of chlorine as well. This eco-friendly pool cleaner may mean some investment as it costs $499, but think of how much money you will save in the long run, not to mention reduction in labor.
