Sony’s Eco-Friendly VAIO FZ

| April 26, 2010 | 0 Comments

Sony has just launched a new notebook which is eco-friendly. This leading brand matches performance with sustainability. This fully featured notebook is thin and light.

However, it has almost all the other features of a heavier laptop with a Blu-ray drive. It is environmentally friendly because the entire laptop is made from recyclable materials and does not use any toxic elements. Its packaging too has less of a carbon footprint as it is made from recycled pet bottles and is reusable.

Additionally the company is offering rebates and discounts to people who want to trade in their old Sony computers in an effort to recycle. Apart from that, each eco-friendly device sold contributes one percent of its sales for the Planet foundation. Its size also makes for less consumption of various materials. More on the VAIO FZ.
