You can now power your own laptop instead of plugging it into an electricity source – so saving power. Even more, you will also get some exercise and burn calories. That’s right; this pedal power contraption will use your own energy to power your laptop.

It is a stationary cycle which comes with a pedal powered charging table attached. You have to connect your laptop (or notebook or netbook) to the outlet, start pedaling and then use it. An electric generator is connected to the crank set and it will also tell you how much electricity your pedaling is generating.

Samsung’s Intuitive Monochrome Printers

While most people are using color printers, a large part of printing work is done in black and white. Remember the days when typewriters were used for all correspondence – the most color you could get was if you used a red and black ribbon. Early printers, too, were monochrome.

The New Apple iPad – Environmentally Friendly

Apple recently launched its new offering, the iPad. This tablet pc is small and light, and very portable. It is environmentally friendly, being free of arsenic, BFR, mercury and PVR. It is also highly recyclable. It weighs just 1.5 pounds, has a 9.7 inch display, and is .5 inches thin. It has a 10 hour battery life which means that it uses less electricity. The iPad’s 30-day standby battery life means that it rarely needs to be plugged in at night, too.
