Casio’s Green Pathfinder

It is not just a watch, it is much more – it is an altimeter, a barometer, a thermometer, and a digital compass, all in one. The Casio Pathfinder PRG110C-3 is green and ecologically sound, having a solar battery built into its face, which charges when exposed to the sun.

The watch uses Casio’s Tough Solar Technology, does not even need to be in the sun the whole day – just five minutes of sunlight will be sufficient for it to work the whole day. And it will get charged even on cloudy and rainy days. Once fully charged, the watch can work for five months without exposure to sunlight.

Casio’s green watch is environmentally friendly not only because it uses solar power and so reduces battery waste, but it also comes in recycled packaging. Apart from its multi functionality, it also has five alarms, a stopwatch and shows the time in 30 cities. It is water resistant up to 10 meters and works in extreme temperature conditions as well.
